The Crop Effect

So it's been about a month since my last post and I've been missing sharing my personal style with you guys.  Long story short, my father is been really ill and I've taken on the task of caring for him . . . . in addition to my daughter, my businesses, and last but not least me!  I finally decided that I was much overdue to "step out" as I like to call it, or in this case date night!

I've had these mint and peach floral pants for at least 6-8 weeks and decided this weekend was THE weekend for me to step out and strut.  Now the top, a peach lace crop top, that I picked up for less than $10 at a local department store, was the perfect match for this look.  When I purchased it, I had no idea it was this short, but hey . . . when in Rome.  Traditionally I'm a little reserved, but thought I'd go with the trend this time and embrace the crop!  Coincidentally, my peach pumps that I splurged on for my Elle of the Ball Ballantyne Brunch in April were the perfect compliment!

I'm guessing you guys were digging this look as it's the most popular look I've posted to date on Facebook!  Maybe I'll try it again . . . . .

    1. Thanks lady - I typically don't wear pants, I'm more of a skirt girl, but I couldn't pass up on these!

  4. I like the pants and shoes but not a fan of cropped tops. The color is gorgeous though.
